Destination Auto Academy

Our training development this year included the launch of Guest Service Excellence, a program developed in-house by Irina Ageeva (hospitality expert) and has been delivered to over 90 of our associates across the company.


This training had a high level of engagement from our associates who found the content to be a helpful refresher with some new, useful ideas of how to continue improving our overall guest experience. Two new programs Conflict Resolution and Conflict Management are also on the horizon for 2022.



We introduced Kaizenergy, a management training led by Eric Anctil who has trained teams at Toyota, Lexus, Honda and BMW and many others. This training focused on coaching, communication, time management, and the guest experience. We look forward to developing even more training programs next year.
