We are excited to announce that Destination Auto Group’s dealerships recently received multiple awards to recognize the continued best-in-class customer experience and performance in the past year.
Destination Toyota Burnaby was once again honoured to receive Toyota Canada’s President’s Program Operational Excellence Award for the 6th time in the last seven years. This prestigious award is presented to the finest dealerships that excel at all operational levels.
Destination Honda Burnaby and Destination Kingsway Honda have been honoured by Honda Canada as 2021 Honda Driving Excellence award recipients. The Honda Driving Excellence award is a Canada-wide program that recognizes the best Honda dealerships for their outstanding efforts in customer experience. The evaluation criteria are based on customer feedback across all departments, by mystery shoppers, and audits conducted by Honda Canada representatives.
Destination Honda Burnaby has received this award for the fourth time and is also proud of its associates for attaining Honda Council of Sales Leader and Grandmaster recognitions.
Destination Kingsway Honda also received this award for the fourth time. Five team members have been recognized by Honda for Customer Engagement Leadership and as a Council of Sales Leadership winners. 2022 has been an important year for Destination Kingsway Honda as we celebrate the completion of the renovation works that also coincide with the 35th anniversary of the dealership.
