Service Lot Attendant – Destination Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram

Destination Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate Service Lot Attendant to join their Service Department!  

The ideal candidate MUST display great attitude towards work and life, be able to positively contribute to their hard-working team and atmosphere! 

Schedule and Hours:
  • Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
As the Service Lot Attendant, your duties will include:
  • Coordinate and assist vehicle movement in department with Technicians, Service Advisors, and remainder of Lot Staff to final destination as required.
  • Wash and clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles that are in for servicing. 
  • Manage lock up and keys of vehicles.
  • Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. 
  • Inspect and report any damage to lot vehicles to management.
  • Perform other various duties as stipulated by the management team.
Qualifications & Requirements of a Service Lot Attendant:
  • Ability to operate automatic and manual shift vehicles.
  • Valid BC Driver's License, able to provide a driver's abstract. 
  • Enjoys working in a team environment. 
  • Be able to work shifts, which may include weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Passion for customer service and high-quality control standards.
  • Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.

As a Service Greeter you will be responsible for:
  • 

Greet customers upon arrival to the service department.
  • 
Confirm basic vehicle information and perform vehicle walk-around inspection.

  • Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.

  • Ensure general cleanliness of Service Department area (inside and outside).

  • Direct customers and inquiries to the appropriate departments, as required. 
  • Refer customers who have additional questions to the service advisor, or manager as required. 
As a Service Porter you will be responsible for:
  • Greet and welcome service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

  • Install disposable seat covers, floor mats, and I.D tags in all the vehicles taken in for service.

  • Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.

  • General cleanliness and maintenance of department and dealership grounds as required.
  • 
Vacuuming of vehicles and taking through car wash.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 

Passion for customer service. You enjoy interacting with customers, identifying their needs, ensuring they have the best overall experience in our dealership.

  • You must be self-motivated, independent and a team player!
  • 
Have exceptional organizational skills, have the ability to prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Be available to work shifts, which may include Saturdays.
  • 
Valid BC Driver's License, able to provide driver's abstract.
