About Destination Auto Group

Destination Auto Group started as part of the Northshore/Kingsway Auto Family with the founding of Jubilee Plymouth Chrysler and Northshore Nissan in 1983. In 1987 we expanded by acquiring Kingsway Honda, Toyota and Mazda from Bill Docksteader, and finally University Toyota in 1991. Our name later changed to Regency Auto Group and finally Destination Auto Group in 2003.

We have three full-service dealerships in our family: Destination Chrysler Jeep Dodge in North Vancouver, Kingsway Honda in Vancouver, and Destination Toyota in Burnaby.

We care a great deal about our community and our environment! Our charities of choice include: The Aga Khan Development Network, The Aga Khan University Foundation, local community groups such as the Vancouver Children's Centre, The Burnaby Christmas Bureau, Local High School Dry Grad Initiatives, The Toyota Evergreen Foundation, The Weekend to End Breast Cancer, The Harmony Arts Festival, Bowen Island Children's Fest, and many community children's sports teams and associations.

Additionally, we have placed a high priority on environmental programs such as waste oil recycling, environmentally safe paint and vehicle washing products as well as other waste recycling programs. We were early adopters of many class-leading vehicle technology programs as well, featuring the award-winning Toyota Prius, Toyota Camry Hybrid, Toyota Highlander Hybrid, the Honda Insight, Honda Civic Hybrid, Honda Accord Hybrid as well as the new Bluetech Diesel options from Dodge and Jeep. In addition, many vehicles we offer are class-leaders in Fuel Efficiency – Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEV) (50% cleaner than the average new model year vehicle) such as the Toyota Yaris, Honda Odyssey and Jeep Patriot.

We are the only dealership north of the Fraser River featuring a certified Toyota Collision Repair facility which is an early adopter of the new environmentally-friendly water-based vehicle paint systems.
